Amelia Conrad
Amelia Conrad is a development practitioner and leader with expertise at the intersection of impact measurement and program design. As Director of Impact at Frontier Design, she helps Fortune 500 companies, philanthropic foundations, universities, and nonprofits build robust systems to measure and report on their work, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and communicate results through data storytelling.
Beyond traditional measurement, Amelia guides organizations in reimagining how they deliver impact. She leads formative user research, develops compelling data visualizations and stories, facilitates design and decision-making workshops, and partners with senior leaders to redesign service models, pilot innovations, and pressure-test strategies. Known for her ability to listen deeply and build trust, she blends analytic rigor with creative design approaches to help organizations learn, adapt, and grow.
Her career has spanned the U.S., Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa, and South and Southeast Asia, across issues including women’s empowerment, gender-based violence, disaster recovery, food security, economic opportunity, and water and sanitation. Before Frontier, Amelia served on staff at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, leading multi-country, mixed-methods studies funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations, and USAID. Her research has appeared in The Lancet Global Health, Violence Against Women, BMJ Open, Frontiers in Water, and PLOS Water.
Amelia holds a Master’s in Development Practice from Emory University, where she concentrated on Gender and MEL, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Development from Tulane University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She was named to Emory’s 40 Under 40 list and teaches a graduate-level course on consulting best practices and design thinking at Emory University.
Outside of work, she can be found trail running, gardening, cooking elaborate meals for friends and family, writing, traveling, and taking walks with her Great Pyrenees. A native Iowan, she's been proud to call Atlanta home for the last eleven years and is deeply invested in her local community.
Dar'shun Kendrick
Dar'shun Kendrick is the visionary behind Kairos Capital Legal Advisors, LLC, a pioneering corporate securities and investment advisory firm providing a comprehensive suite of capital market services, helping clients GROW, SCALE & EXIT. Through her business and legal expertise, Dar’shun has assisted with the raising of BILLIONS in private investment funds, specializing in private offerings, venture capital, syndications, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. She is experienced in capital raises from pre-seed to pre-IPO and intrastate crowdfunding to Regulation D offerings to Reg. A+ or a merger or acquisition.
With dual bachelor's degrees from Oglethorpe University (2004), a juris doctorate from the University of Georgia (2007), and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State (2011), Dar'shun Kendrick is uniquely positioned at the intersection of law, finance, and business. She also holds a Series 65 FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) license as a registered investment adviser representative in Georgia. She serves as a non-public arbitrator for FINRA, resolving disputes between investors and companies nationwide. A respected thought leader, Dar'shun Kendrick conducts training sessions for prominent non-profit and for-profit organizations, empowering them to attract capital effectively. Renowned for her energetic presentations and specialized expertise, she has delivered inspiring speeches at university commencements, corporate gatherings, and curated events for entrepreneurs and organizations nationwide.
Dar’shun is also committed to community activism with a mission of helping to create 100 new millionaires by 2032. Dar’shun spearheads a dynamic Millionaire Mastermind group with four (4) other individuals and founded the "Friends of Financial Freedom" Facebook community, engaging over 3,000 members in pursuits of financial literacy and entrepreneurship. She is also the author of her 2nd book, “Closer to a Yes: The Founder’s Guide to Getting Noticed By Investors,” which is available on Amazon and her website. In addition to her professional roles, Dar'shun has been serving as a distinguished member of the Georgia House of Representatives since 2010, championing a variety of entrepreneurship and capital-raising issues. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Outside her professional endeavors, Dar'shun finds joy in cooking, reading, writing, and contributing to her community's well-being. She currently resides in Lithonia, Georgia, with her pit bull mix, Dezzy.
