DERRICK BRAZIEL

Derrick Braziel is founding partner and managing director of MORTAR, an organization dedicated to helping under-represented entrepreneurs in Cincinnati, OH. As a young, creative entrepreneur, Derrick is committed to the idea that all it takes to change the world is, “a dollar and a dream.” He has been named to Forbes’ “30 under 30” list for Social Entrepreneurs.

KATHRYN FINNEY

Kathryn Finney is the founder and managing director of digitalundivided (DID), a social enterprise that fosters economic growth through the empowerment of Black and Latina women entrepreneurs using innovation as a tool. Kathryn has been recognized as one of the most influential women in tech in Inc Magazine, Marie Claire’s “10 Women to Watch in 2016”, Entrepreneurs Magazine’s “Woman to Watch in 2016”, and Black Enterprise’s “40 under 40” list.

SHANNON HOPKINS

Shannon Hopkins’ imagination and insight led to success in the fashion industry and church planting and now guide her work as founder of Matryoshka Haus, an “incubator” of new initiatives focused on social justice. One way Matryoshka Haus currently engages fellow entrepreneurs is through a series of “board games” intended to generate conversations about best practices of social enterprises. A native of Texas, Shannon now lives in East London.

JEFF SHINABARGER

Jeff Shinabarger is founder and executive director of Plywood People, a social entrepreneur, the author of More or Less and Yes or No and creator of Path by Plywood. Jeff has a vision to make Atlanta a center for social innovation, while personally engaging in over 240 problem solving start-ups. His work has been featured by CNN, USA Weekend, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Huffington Post, Coca-Cola, and Relevant Magazine.
